formed in 1978 and part of the Ramblers
national walking charity. We are a large and welcoming
group, of mixed ages and backgrounds. We all enjoy walking
in this beautiful area which is blessed with a wide variety
of countryside, estuaries, heathland, forests and of course
our Heritage Coast. More...

Ramblers Campaign for National Trails
The Government has set out plans to hand over management of National Trails in England from Natural England to new Local Trail Partnerships. The Ramblers believes this plan is likely to lead to a dramatic fall in the quality of National Trails and is campaigning against it.
