ADVANCE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Groups’ AGM will be held at The Key, St Margaret’s Plain, Ipswich (car park through large iron gates next to the main entrance to Christchurch Park) on the 18th November at 7.30 p.m..   There will be a vacancy on the Executive Committee to fill this year, that of Chairman .  Nominations, with a  proposer and seconder, must be sent in writing to the Group Secretary at least 28 days before the meeting.
