Programme of Walks 1st March 2012 - 30th September 2012
The deadline for walks and other information is approximately two
months before the programme begins. Would walk leaders please contact
the Programme Secretary on a walk or on 01473 719289 early in
order to
arrange walk dates for the next programme, then confirm, if possible,
by email - see Contacts
page. The deadline for the March 2012 to September 2012 programme is 31st January 2012. It will be
appreciated if details could be submitted before the deadline, it will
make planning easier and avoids the rush at the end. Thank you.
New Leaders
We are always looking for new leaders for both long and half day walks
during the week and at weekends. New Leaders not only provide
variety but ease the burden on established leaders. Help can
always be given to those new to leadership.

Discounts!
Some of the shops in Ipswich which sell boots, socks, walking sticks,
rucksacks, and other items of equipment for the discerning walker will
offer a discount to RA members. The discount is available on production
of a current RA membership card. Ask about this before completing your
purchase.
Shops known to give discounts include Action Outdoors, Blacks,
Milletts, Cotswold (now open in the old White Horse Hotel building, Ipswich).
